Announcements
Delegates to Diocesan Assembly: Our diocese normally has an assembly every 3 years. Each parish sends delegates, both clergy and laity. The assembly will be held in a retreat center near Temple, Texas, from the evening of October 2nd, through the afternoon of October 6th. Our parish can send up to 7 laymen as delegates. If you are a member of the parish, and are both willing and able to attend, please let Fr. John Whiteford know.

We will take a special collection for the expenses for John Gentry’s funeral. If you send in a payment by any other means, please note in your donation that it is for “Funeral Costs.” This funeral costs are $3,992.00. You can send in electronic donations by clicking here, or make a note in the memo line of your check.
The Parish Hall will be closed beginning on Saturday, July 9th for remodeling for the next month. There will be no regular Trapeza during this time. People can bring their own food and drinks, and can use the picnic tables and the restrooms in the Church, but the parish hall will be closed during this time.
The Next Slavonic Liturgy we be on Saturday, July 16th, at 9:00 a.m.

Bookstore News: We have copies of the Prologue of Ohrid on sale for $75, while supplies last. The normal price is $135. We have copies of the Psalter that have Slavonic and Russian texts in Parallel columns for $15 each.
