Announcements
We will have a planning meeting for the Homeschool Co-op at the church on Wednesday, June 15th. We will begin with a Moleben for the Beginning of a Good Work at 9:45 a.m. Our discussion will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be accessible on Google Meets for those who cannot attend in person. We will have a simple lunch at 11:30 a.m. Please RSVP to Mat. Jennifer at 713-204-6438, if you would like to participate.
We will take a special collection for the Marsh Family. James Marsh was injured, and has been unable to work. They are going to be moving back to our area, but they are in a temporary bind, and need help to be able to move.
If you would like to contribute to pay the expenses for John Gentry’s funeral, please note in your donation that it is for “Funeral Costs.” This funeral will cost approximately $4,500.00. You can send in electronic donations by clicking here, or make a note in the memo line of your check.
Summer Camps: We would like to invite all kids to get together for a week of day camp at St. Jonah’s held Monday through Friday, June 27th through July 1st, 9 am to 3 pm. Also, our parish youth committee invites young people 13 to 18 years old to take part in a Teen overnight retreat in Goodrich, TX, from June 19th through Friday June 24th.
