Announcements
If you would like to purchase Nut Rolls to raise money for the Sisterhood’s Catastrophic Fund (which serves people in our parish and surrounding community that are experiencing truly dire need, with no strings attached), you can order online here: https://saintjonah.org/store/ or you can order in person at Church.
Each Sunday during Lent, Daniela Mocofan will be preparing Lenten meals for sale. Each meal will have a main entrée, side/dessert and will feed 1-2 people. The cost is $10, a portion of which will go to the Sisterhood catastrophic fund.
We will take a plate collection for the funeral expenses for Thekla Podrasky’s daughter, Ann Kellas, who passed away on March 21st.
We ask that each family complete a Faith Promise Pledge form for the coming year. This will help us to plan, and will also be helpful when we get ready to apply for a loan for our new Church building.
Our next Restricted Liturgy will be on Saturday, April 3rd.
The next Bible Study on the book of Daniel will be on Tuesday, April 12th, at 7:00 p.m. at the parish hall. For those who want to participate remotely, they can login at this link at that time: https://meet.google.com/vmj-udxp-heh
The next Parish Council Meeting will be on April 1st, at 7:00 p.m.
You will find texts for reader services that you can do at home through the Sunday of the St. John Climacus, here:

Sisterhood News: Clean Hearts-Clean Closets Drive: During Great Lent, we will be collecting old, clean linens (towels, sheets, bath mats, etc) which will be donated to the Montgomery County animal shelter. There will be a collection basket behind the “dog house” inside the hall beginning Clean Monday. After liturgy on Lazarus Saturday, the children will deliver what is collected to the shelter. Contact a member of the Sisterhood with any questions.
The Sisterhood Council will meet on Wednesday, April 7th, at 7:00 p.m.
