ORTHODOX BURIAL SOCIETY is a ministry of the Southeast Texas Orthodox Christian Clergy Association. The purpose of this group is to expand the understanding of traditional Orthodox funeral practices and assist Orthodox faithful with the funeral process. In lieu of a typical baby or bridal shower, each expectant mother and engaged couple has a box in the trapeza hall.
