Announcements

We will be taking a special collection for a parishioner who is unemployed, and is asking for help. This is someone we have not taken a collection for previously.

The House Blessing Schedule is listed here: https://www.saintjonah.org/bltn/houseblessings2022.htm Until a date is confirmed by the family, it is only tentative, but please le me know as soon as possible whether the proposed day will work or not.

On Sunday, February 6th, Alexander Liepman and Rebecca Clayton will be married at St. Sava’s Serbian Orthodox Church at 4:30 p.m.

We will have a marriage seminar in June of 2022, and so will be restarting the Event Planning Committee. If you would like to be on that committee, and help make that event a success, please let Fr. John Whiteford know.

We will have our next Bible Study on the Book of Acts on Wednesday, February 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. We will have Small Compline at 6:15 p.m., followed by refreshments and then start the Bible Study at 7:00 p.m. However, for those who cannot come in person, they can participate via Google Meets by logging in at 7:00 p.m. at this link: https://meet.google.com/aif-jopt-zsm.

The next online Catechumen Meeting will be Wednesday, February 23rd, at 7:00 p.m. and will be held via Google Meets: https://meet.google.com/tjc-fcyr-fwk

The next Parish Council Meeting will be on Friday, February 4th, at 7:00 p.m.

The next Slavonic Liturgy will be Saturday, January 29th, at 9:00 a.m.

The Parish Development Committee will meet on Tuesday, February 15th, at 6:00 p.m.
