Today’s Sermon, Live streaming, and Services this Week

March 29, 2020 By frjohnw

Hello Folks,

We were able to livestream today’s Liturgy on Facebook, and so if you would like to catch these services, go to our Facebook page, like the page, and click the notification bell. https://www.facebook.com/saintjonah/ Unfortunately the sound quality is not great. We will work on that.

Today’s sermon can be heard here: https://saintjonah.org/sermons/nothing-strikes-fear-in-the-person-whose-hope-is-in-god/

I also omitted the Great Canon from the schedule of Services for this week, and so here is the corrected schedule:

Wednesday, April 1st 6:30 p.m. Matins with the Canon of St. Andrew of Crete
Friday, April 3rd 9:00 a.m. Presanctified Liturgy

6:30 p.m. Matins for the Saturday of the Akathist

Saturday, April 4th 9:00 a.m. Liturgy for the Saturday of the Akathist

5:00 p.m. Vigil (with confession during and following the Vigil).

Sunday, April 5th 9:00 a.m. Hours and Liturgy.

Please pray for our parish, our country, and the world.

In Christ,

Archpriest John Whiteford
