Fasting in the Coming week: We begin the Nativity Fast on Monday. On Monday, November 28th; and Thursday, December 1st, wine and oil are permitted. On Tuesday, November 29th; Friday, December 2nd; Saturday, December 3rd; and Sunday, December 4th, fish, wine, and oil are permitted. Wednesday, November 30th is a normal fast day.
